The Raven clinical pipeline is derived from our integrated discovery platform based on proprietary cell lines. Our technology platform is able to rapidly generate well-characterized, high-affinity monoclonal antibodies to proteins on the cell surface that can be used to quickly identify and validate targets. This approach has delivered an extensive library of antibodies targeting novel and recognized oncofetal antigens. RAV12, our lead clinical product, is in the clinic for the treatment of adenocarcinomas. Raven is also extending our platform into a new area called Conditioned Cell Immunization, an approach that mechanistically links therapeutic antibodies to concurrent small molecule or radiation therapy.
